Blair Scoullar announced as new south island recruitment

We’re thrilled to welcome Blair Scoullar to the RH3 Coaching Staff!

A former New Zealand U20, U23, and All White international, Blair brings an outstanding level of experience at both national and professional levels. His passion for the game and commitment to player development make him an exciting addition to our team.

Blair will lead South Island Talent Identification, Player Development and Recruitment, and will also be involved in RH3 International Tours and National Camps moving forward.

Currently the Head Coach and Director of the Royals Academy and Head Coach of Dunedin City Royals FC in the Southern National League, Blair is a driving force in South Island football. With Dunedin City Royals FC joining us as a new RH3 partner for 2025, this appointment will open up new pathways and opportunities for players across the region.

Blair holds his OFC/NZF B License and is working toward his A License in 2026.
